I'm not really sure how to approach this and I apologise if this sounds insensitive. I am currently studying Television at the university of Glamorgan. For my final project I have decided to make a documentary. I have decided to make a documentary on cervical cancer. I feel that it’s something that people don’t know allot about. Until recently I was unaware that cervical cancer was caused through the HPV virus. I feel that the documentary would benefit from someone being able to share their experiences in order to strengthen the awareness and seriousness of cervical cancer. I wondered if anyone wanted to take part by talking about your own experiences or know someone who wants to. I understand if this is something that you wish to do.
All the best
Jessica

Please note Best in Hulme has been closed and may be removed from Google at any time. It is far too long winded to explain here the whys and wherefores but from has been moved to http://bestofhulme.blogspot.com/
Messages have been copied but have been scrambled in I am in the process of wading thru them one at a time so be patient if some of the messages there appear at bit odd, the site is functioning though so please be patient.
I am also working on tab (link buttons and layout again please show patience to a one woman bad.
I think the Google site will be better for the moment as I do not have the funds to move to a paid host. hope to see you over there.

I was very moved when I read about your story in the city South Manchester newsletter. It is a shame i missed previous events. Please post on my site to let visitors know how things are going.

BEST IN HULME

http://knowingabout.co.uk/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl

I myself am a resident of Hulme. The idea of the forum came about when I heard of a new University Campus being built in Hulme. I wondered how students new to the area were going to find out about places to visit and events when I myself only ever seemed to hear about things after they had happened.

The forum is aimed at those who work, study or live in the Hulme area. The main areas of the forum are to enable visitors to get advice from local people, get their questions answered, discover new things about the area.

Just read about your story and your campaign in the MEN, and I'd just like to commend you for turning your experiences into something positive in this way. What a fantastic example you're giving your daughter. Well done you.

Charlotte Shining Star is a great cause and Charlotte is an amazing strong young woman.
The launch event in exchange square was powerful! To see so many people gathered together to raise awareness of cervical cancer.

Thank you for inviting us to share with you in song. We look forward to future events to raise awareness for a great cause.

Charlotte it was awesome today in Manchester Exchange Square, to see all those people come out in support for you. It was truly an honour to take part in singing in the choir. We support your campaign in lowering the age for cervical screening. We are praying that your dreams become a reality. You are a true inspiration; stay strong and never give up. Thank you to Donna Murray for inviting us. Love Jenny, Adela, Chantelle and Natasha from The Lighthouse Christian Centre, Centenary Park, Salford. xxx
